摘要
燃烧热释放速率是表征材料燃烧性能的一个主要参数,测试数据的准确性对于材料燃烧性能的评价至关重要。本文通过试验研究,对燃烧热释放速率的数据进行了深入分析,并采用了卡尔曼滤波的方法对数据进行处理,使用数据噪声的计算对滤波效果进行了评价。研究表明,采用卡尔曼滤波技术对燃烧过程的氧浓度进行滤波,或者对最终热释放速率进行滤波,能够显著地降低测试数据的噪声,最大降幅可达50%,大大改善了测试结果的波动性。
Heat released rate of combustion is the main characterize of materials combustion performance,and the accuracy of test data is very important to the certification.In this paper,the data of combustion heat released rate were deeply analyzed,and Kalman filtering was used in data processing,and data noise was used to evaluate the filtering effect.Results showed that,if the oxygen concentration was filtered,or the final heat released rate was filtered,the noise of the test data could significantly reduce to50%,which greatly improved the volatility of test results.
