中药方剂糖疽康汤治疗湿热型糖尿病足溃疡的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by Chinese medicinal formulae Tangjukang decoction in the treatment of damp-heat type diabetic foot ulcer

目的探讨采用中药方剂糖疽康汤治疗湿热型糖尿病足溃疡的临床治疗效果与价值。方法 58例湿热型糖尿病足溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各29例。对照组单纯采用营养神经、扩血管、抗感染以及溃疡局部减压换药等西医治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药方剂糖疽康汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.6%,明显高于对照组的79.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.06,P<0.05)。观察组痊愈时间为(52.24±1.58)d,对照组痊愈时间为(76.54±1.58)d,观察组痊愈时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=58.56,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.4%,明显低于对照组的24.1%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.22,P<0.05)。结论采用中药方剂糖疽康汤治疗湿热型糖尿病足溃疡疾病,临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,缩小溃疡面积,值得推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and value by Chinese medicinal formulae Tangjukang decoction in the treatment of damp-heat type diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A total of 58 patients with dampheat type diabetic foot ulcer as study subjects were divided by different treatment measures into observation group and control group, with 29 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine therapy by nerve nutrition, vascular dilation, anti-infection and local ulcer decompression dressing. The observation group receivedad ditional Chinese medicinal formulae Tangjukang decoction to treatment in the control group. Their curative effects were compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 96.6% than 79.3% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (χ2=4.06, P<0.05). The observation group had healing time as (52.24±1.58) d, and the control group had healing time as (76.54±1.58) d. The observation group had obviously shorter healing time than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (t=58.56, P<0.05). The observation group had much lower incidence of adverse reactions as 3.4% than 24.1% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (χ2=5.22, P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of Chinese medicinal formulae Tangjukang decoction shows excellent clinical effect in treating dampheat type diabetic foot ulcer. This method can effectively improve clinical symptoms in patients and reduce ulcer area, and it is worth promoting.
