经脐单孔三通道腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎术的临床应用分析

Analysis of clinical application of transumbilical single-port three-channel laparoscopic high ligation of varicocele

目的探讨经脐单孔三通道腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎术的临床应用效果。方法 100例行精索静脉曲张高位结扎术患者,根据治疗方法的不同,将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者行常规腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎术,观察组患者行经脐单孔三通道腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎术。比较两组患者的治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间、术后排气时间、术中出血量和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术时间、住院时间、术后排气时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予患者行经脐单孔三通道腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎术具有较大的意义。

Objective To investigate application of transumbilical single-port three-channell aparoscopic high ligation of varicocele. Methods A total of 100 patients in high ligation of varicocele were divided by different treatment measures into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional laparoscopic high ligation of varicocele, and the observation group received transumbilical single-port three-channel laparoscopic high ligation of varicocele. Comparison was made on curative effect, operation time, hospital stay time, postoperative exhaust time, intraoperative bleeding volume,incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 96.00% than 80.00% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The observation group had all shorter operation time, hospital stay time, and postoperative exhaust time than the control group, and it had less intraoperative bleeding volume than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of complication than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of transumbilical single-port threechannel laparoscopic high ligation of varicocele contains important significance.
