瑞芬太尼、芬太尼与丙泊酚复合应用于人工流产中的效果观察与护理 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨瑞芬太尼、芬太尼与丙泊酚复合应用于人工流产中的效果与护理方法。方法 120例行人工流产术患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各60例。研究组患者应用瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚复合麻醉,对照组患者应用芬太尼与丙泊酚复合麻醉。在此基础上,两组均辅以针对性护理干预。比较两组患者意识消失时间、丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间以及术后下腹疼痛发生率。结果研究组意识消失时间、丙泊酚用量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组苏醒时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后下腹疼痛1例,发生率为1.67%;对照组术后下腹疼痛8例,发生率为13.33%,研究组术后下腹疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.886,P<0.05)。结论与芬太尼复合丙泊酚相比,瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚可以有效强化人工流产患者的镇痛效果,且联合针对性护理进一步保证了麻醉质量。 Objective To explore the effect and nursing of remifentanil, fentanyl combined with propofol applied in artificial abortion. Methods A total of 120 patients with artificial abortion were divided by random number table method into research group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The research group received remifentanil and propofol for combined anesthesia, and the control group received fentanyl and propofol for combined anesthesia. Both groups were supplemented by targeted nursing intervention on this basis. Comparison were made on unconsciousness time, dosage of propofol, awakening time and incidence of postoperative hypogastralgia in two groups. Results The research group had less unconsciousness time,dosage of propofol than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in awakening time (P>0.05). The research group had 1 postoperative hypogastralgia case, with incidence of postoperative hypogastralgia as 1.67%, while the control group had 8 postoperative hypogastralgia cases, with incidence of postoperative hypogastralgia as 13.33%. The research group had lower incidence of postoperative hypogastralgia than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (χ2=5.886, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with combination of fentanyl and propofol, combination of remifentanil and propofol can effectively strengthen analgesic effect of patients with artificial abortion, and combined with targeted nursing can further guarantee the quality of anesthesia.
