观察活血定痛汤治疗心脉瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

Observation on clinical curative effect of Huoxue Dingtong decoction in the treatment of heart arteries and veins and blood stasis resistance type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的探讨分析活血定痛汤治疗心脉瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 86例心脉瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为中药组以及西药组,每组43例。西药组给予常规西药治疗,中药组在西药组的基础上给予活血定痛汤治疗。实验结束后,对比分析两组患者的血脂水平以及血液流变学情况。结果中药组患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)为(2.28±0.35)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)为(1.34±0.41)mmol/L,甘油三酯(TG)为(1.27±0.31)mmol/L,总胆固醇(TC)为(4.05±1.04)mmol/L,均优于西药组的(4.32±0.94)、(1.12±0.33)、(2.64±0.37)、(5.74±1.52)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组患者的红细胞压积为(0.08±0.03)V/V,纤维蛋白原为(4.02±0.45)g/L,200/s的全血粘度为(5.92±0.98)m Pa·s,5/s的全血粘度为(10.28±3.98)m Pa·s,血浆粘度为(3.38±0.16)m Pa·s,均优于西药组的(0.52±0.14)V/V、(4.58±0.62)g/L、(7.43±1.30)m Pa·s、(13.12±3.22)m Pa·s、(3.81±0.40)m Pa·s,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血定痛汤治疗心脉瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,安全性较高,可有效的改善患者的心脏功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Dingtong decoction in the treatment of heart arteries and veins and blood stasis resistance type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 86 heart arteries and veins and blood stasis resistance type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients were divided by different treatment methods into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group, with 43 cases in each group. The western medicine group received conventional western medicine for treatment, and Chinese medicine group received Huoxue Dingtong decoction on the basis of the western medicine for treatment. After experiment, comparative analysis were made on blood lipid levels and hemorheology in two groups. Results The Chinese medicine group had low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C) as (2.28±0.35) mmol/L, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) as (1.34±0.41) mmol/L, triglyceride (TG) as (1.27±0.31) mmol/L, total cholesterol (TC) as (4.05±1.04) mmol/L, which were all better than (4.32±0.94),(1.12±0.33), (2.64±0.37) and (5.74±1.52) mmol/L in the western medicine group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The Chinese medicine group had hematocrit as (0.08±0.03) V/V, fibrinogen as (4.02±0.45) g/L, whole blood viscosity at 200/s as (5.92±0.98) mPa·s, whole blood viscosity at 5/s as (10.28±3.98) mPa·s, plasma viscosity as (3.38±0.16) mPa·s, which were all better than (0.52±0.14) V/V,(4.58±0.62) g/L, (7.43±1.30) mPa·s, (13.12±3.22) mPa·s and (3.81±0.40) mPa·s in the western medicine group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Dingtong decoction shows significant curative effect for the treatment of heart arteries and veins and blood stasis resistance type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with high security, and it also can effectively improve cardiac function of patients. So this method is worthy of clinical application.
