观察补益气血、清热利湿、托毒消肿类中药治疗慢性骨髓炎的疗效

Observation of curative effect by invigorating qi and blood, clearing heat and promoting dieresis, draining toxin and detumescence types of chinese medicinal herb treatment for chronic osteomyelitis

目的探讨补益气血、清热利湿、托毒消肿类中药治疗慢性骨髓炎的疗效。方法 82例慢性骨髓炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组采用手术清除死骨及窦道,辅助常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用补益气血、清热利湿、托毒消肿类中药方治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果、各项实验室指标改善情况、复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,明显高于对照组的80.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组白细胞计数(WBC)、血沉、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显较对照组更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为2.44%,明显低于对照组的12.20%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补益气血、清热利湿、托毒消肿类中药治疗慢性骨髓炎效果显著,有利于改善病灶周围血供,增强机体免疫能力,促进伤口愈合,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广。

Objective To investigate curative effect by invigorating qi and blood, clearing heat and promoting dieresis, draining toxin and detumescence types of chinese medicinal herb treatment for chronic osteomyelitis. Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic osteomyelitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received surgical clearance of sequestrum and sinus tract combined with conventional Western therapy, and the observation group received invigorating qi and blood, clearing heat and promoting dieresis, draining toxin and detumescence types of chinese medicinal herb treatment on the basis of therapy in the control group. Comparison was made on clinical effect, improvements in laboratory indexes and recurrence condition between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 97.56% than 80.49% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had much better white blood cell count (WBC),erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and C-reactive protein (CRP) level than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had much lower recurrence rate as 2.44% than 12.20% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of invigorating qi and blood, clearing heat and promoting dieresis, draining toxin and detumescence types of chinese medicinal herb treatment shows precise effect for chronic osteomyelitis. This method is helpful to improve lesion peripheral blood supply, enhance body immunity, and accelerate wound healing. It contains positive clinical significance, and it is worth promoting.
