锚索内力变化量超限原因分析与防范措施

摘要 在基坑自测的基础上,结合第三方监测单位的数据共享,判断基坑安全状态,能够有效的为基坑安全保驾护航。本文基于华新城居住区615地块职工安置住宅项目,介绍了施工过程中出现的锚索内力监测点数据报警的相关情况。其发生的主要原因为:支护桩施工后局部场地未夯填密实,基坑周边也未做硬化防水处理,形成了雨水下渗通道,短时暴雨诱发的深层土体沉降引起了锚索内力监测数据报警。文中对监测数据报警情况产生的原因及其他相关监测数据均进行了系统分析,藉此对基坑当时的整体安全状况进行了评估。同时,施工现场有针对性的采取了加强排水、基坑周边硬化防渗、加强仪器观测及人工巡视等措施。并介绍了类似情况可能用到现场应急处置措施,保证了基坑的安全稳定运行。 Based on self-test pit, combined with third-party monitoring unit of data sharing, to determine the security status of excavation can be effectively used as a base pit escort. Based on the completed construction of staff building projects in 615 block in Guanghua New Town, it introduced the relevant situation occurred during the construction of internal force anchor monitor. The main reasons are summarized that the construction site near the supporting pile is not filled dense, also not enough hardened around foundation waterproofing to form the rainwater infiltration channel, and short-time rainstorm induced deep soil subsidence by deep internal anchor forces alarm in monitoring. In this paper, the causes of monitoring data and other relevant monitoring data are analyzed systematically, so as to evaluate the overall safety condition of the foundation pit. At the same time, the construction site have to take the strengthening drainage, around the foundation pit hardening seepage, strengthen the observation instrument and artificial inspections and other measures, and the similar situation may be used on siteemergency disposal measures, to ensure the safety and stable operation of the foundation pit.
