This paper introduces how Electrical Engineering specialty of Nanjing Institute of Technology undertakes multi-cooperation with power enterprises during the cultivation process of professional degree graduates.By strengthening the multi-cooperative and innovative cultivation methods,as well as the various school-enterprise cultivation carriers and multi-cooperation between the disciplines and the reform,it focuses on improving the quality of professional degree graduate cultivation and has achieved remarkable results.
