摘要
教师培训作为教师素质提升的重要途径和手段,需要进行系统性设计和创新。江苏作为职业教育大省,注重加强职业教育教师培训的改革,着力完善体制、机制创新,健全制度保障,加强经费投入,"十二五"期间取得了良好成效。受限于主客观因素和形势变化,针对教师专业发展的瓶颈问题,教师培训专业化还需要在培训模式、激励措施、管理方式、深化内涵等方面改进提升。
Teacher training is an important way and means to enhance the quality of the teachers,which requires a systematic design and innovation.As a large province for vocational education,Jiangsu focuses on strengthening the reform of vocational education teacher training and making efforts to optimize and improve the sound system,make innovation in the mechanism and increase the funds input,which has achieved great effect during the“12th Five-year”period.Due to the subjective and objective factors,as well as the change of situation,in order to break through the bottleneck problem of the teachers’professional development,the professionalism of teacher training needs to be improved on the aspects of training modes,incentive measures,management modes and connotation deepening.
