地方社区、学校成人教育资源整合模式研究——以江苏省昆山市为例

A Study on the Integration Model of Local Community and School Adult Education Resources: A Case Study

社区教育的最终目标是建立完善的学习型社会,社区、学校成人教育资源整合是推动社区教育建设的必然趋势。目前昆山社区、学校成人教育资源整合主要有三种模式:社区培训学院模式、数字化网络教育模式、开放大学培训模式。昆山社区、学校成人教育资源整合的途径主要有:完善社区教育组织体系、丰富社区学校教育活动内容、建设充实网络教育资源库、提高社区教育师资队伍素养。

The ultimate goal of community education is to establish a learning society,while the integration of community and school adult education resources is the inevitable trend to promote the construction of community education.Currently,there are three integration models in Kunshan:community training colleges,digital network education and open university training.The major means to integrate community education and school adult education resources include improving the community education organization system,enriching school education activities,strengthening the construction of network education resources and improving the quality of community education teachers.
