在"大众创业、万众创新"理念引领下,职业院校通过人才培养方案的完善和创业教育的深入持久开展,取得一定实效,但是在培养目标的多样性、培养方式的开放性和培养内容的适切性方面还需要进一步调整和优化,才能真正破解瓶颈,更好地帮助学生实现职业生涯的最佳发展。

Guided by the concept of“encouraging people to start their own business and to make in innovations”,vocational colleges has achieved certain results through the perfection of talent training plans with thorough and sustained entrepreneurship education.However,further adjustment and optimization should be undertaken on the aspects of the diversity in the training objectives,the openness of training modes and the pertinence of training contents.In this way,the bottleneck can be broken through to help the students achieve the development of their vocational careers.
