摘要 从"职校端菜"走向"企业点菜"的校企融合,是县域中职校供给侧结构性改革的重要内容之一。校企合作向校企融合推进,要在供给模式上求融合,由"职校端菜"变为"企业点菜";在服务模式上求变化,让"职校端菜"走向"企业点菜";在运行管理上求创新,运行模式由松散型向紧密型转变,运行机制由被动型向服务型转变,运行保障由契约型向制度型转变,真正实现"招生即招工、招工即招生"校企融合的一体化人才培养目标。 School-enterprise integration is one of the important contents of the supply front reform in secondary vocational schools in the county.To promote the school-enterprise cooperation into school-enterprise integration,the changes on the supply modes,the service modes should be carried out;the operation management should be innovated from loose to tight;the operation mechanism should be transferred from passive type to service type;the operation guarantee should be changed from contract type to system type,in order to achieve the school-enterprise integrated talent training objectives.
