摘要
通过借鉴"香港运动员就业及教育计划"在服务对象、服务内容、服务流程、资源保障等方面的成功经验,认为内地运动员职业转换服务可从优化组织主体架构、注重服务个性化定制、重视培养社会归属感、加强经费保障与监管等方面进行构建与完善。
By referring to the successful experience of Hong Kong Athlete Employment and Education Program in such aspects as service object, service content, service procedure and resource protection etc, the author concluded that athlete career transition service in China's Mainland can be established and perfected in such aspects as optimizing the main organizational framework, focusing on service individualized customization, valuing the cultivation of the sense of social belonging, strengthening fund assurance and supervision, etc.
