摘要
正确认识湿地生物多样性维持价值,对于避免在保护和利用湿地过程中存在的盲目和短视、保持生物多样性本身的可持续发展、促进湿地环境的和谐发展具有重要的现实意义。应用双边界二分式条件价值评估法(CVM)对吉林省莫莫格湿地自然保护区生物多样性维持价值进行定量评价。运用支付意愿函数影响因素模型,构建了双分界二分式CVM数据分析模型,建立具有受访者社会、经济属性变量的支付意愿函数,通过线性回归方程,得出2014年莫莫格湿地生物多样性维持价值的人均支付意愿为100.73元,莫莫格湿地生物多样性维持价值为20.62亿元。该结论可为政府湿地保护相关政策的制定提供参考依据。
A clear cognition on the biodiversity maintenance service of wetlands plays an essential role in avoiding theblindness and short-term version in the process of wetland protection and utilization,maintaining the sustainable developmentof biodiversity,as well as promoting the harmonious development of wetland environment.This paper conducted a quantitativeevaluation on the biodiversity maintenance value of Momoge Natural Reserve in Jilin Province by applying the double-boundeddichotomous contingent valuation method(CVM).The double-bounded dichotomous method can induce the respondents'trueWilling To Pay(WTP)to reduce the deviation of assessment results,which makes the statistics results more accurate andreliable.The influencing factor model of WTP was applied to build the double-bounded dichotomous choice CVM data analysis model including social and economic attributes,and the parameter regression model of analysis was used to establish theinfluential factor analysis model of WTP.The paper found in2014,the WTP to maintain biodiversity value in Momoge wetlandwas100.73RMB per person each year.The total biodiversity maintenance value of Momoge wetland was2.06×109RMB peryear.The findings provide useful references for government to make related ecological policies.
