摘要
从日常教学场景或教学活动入手,在总结青年教师诸多教学困惑的基础上提出四项对策,以期从根源上提升高校教师的教学质量,为培养新一代的高质量人才奠定坚实的基础。
The paper begins with the daily teaching scene or teachingactivities,and then concludes confusion on education and suggestscountermeasures.In order to improve teaching quality of collegeteachers from the root,lay a solid foundation for the development ofa new generation of high quality students.
