摘要
以技能大赛训练零件——汽车内门把手为载体,借助三维扫描仪设备和专业逆向设计软件Geomagic的两个产品Studio和Design X对门把手的逆向设计进行系统介绍。过程包含获取数据、处理数据和重建原型CAD模型等三大关键技术。结果表明,该设计得到的曲面质量较好,误差比对精度合理。
This paper took the Skills Competition parts automobiledoor handle as the carrier,using3D scanner equipment and Studio&Design X of reverse engineering Geomagic software,the reverse designof automobile handle was introduced.The process consists ofthree key technologies,including data acquisition,data processingand CAD model reconstruction.The result shows that the surface hasa better quality and a rational error.
