摘要
基于职前教师的特点,提出视频案例微型化和多媒体化的建设理念,以及以教学能力为导向、以视频案例为载体的多元化教育资源和环境的建设策略。
Based on the characteristics of pre-service teachers,a miniatureand multimedia video cases were proposed.And a teachingcapacity-oriented resource and the platform for a diversifi ed trainingof teaching ability was established based on the proposed videocases.
