摘要
长城特钢研制的CT365热锻模钢,属于中碳的3Cr-3Mo类热作模具钢,钢中加入3%左右的Mo,既可提高钢的淬透性和防止第二类回火脆性,又能提高钢的热强性。加入适量的V可细化晶粒、降低钢的过热敏感性。经电渣重熔、扩散退火、组织细化处理,该钢具有高的纯净度,均匀的显微组织和良好的韧性,是适合于热锻模以及热挤压模等用途的优质热作模具钢材料。
The CT365hot forging die steel developed by Changcheng Special Steel Company belongs to3Cr-3Mo type hot working die steel with medium carbon content.The addition of about3%Mo in the steel can not only improve the hardenability of the steel and prevent the second temper brittleness,but also improve the thermal strength of steel.Adding proper amount of V can refine grain and reduce the overheating sensitivity of the steel.By the process of electroslag remelting,diffusion annealing,microstructure refinement,the steel has high purity,uniform microstructure and good toughness,which is high quality hot working die steel suitable for applications such as hot forging die and hot extrusion die.
