摘要
探讨了影响铬铁中硫元素的各种因素,优化仪器分析参数;通过对坩埚、助溶剂、粉尘等处理,使得测定的空白值低达到试验要求;选择合适的称样量;选择合适的助熔剂及助熔剂的熔融比例;消除粉尘对测定的影响因素;分析曲线的校正方法等,建立了铬铁中硫的分析方法。试验结果表明:本方法精密度好,相对标准偏差RSD<1.50%;与国家标准物质做对比,分析结果在误差范围内,其准确度高。
The analytic parameters of instruments are improved after studies are carried out on various factors that affect the amount of sulfur in ferrochrome.The reduced blank values measured meet the requirements,as measures are taken to improve the crucible and co-solvent,and to eliminate the dust,etc.The analysis method is built on the basis of proper sample weight,co-solvent,melting rate of co-solvent,and on the elimination of dust and analysis of correction ofcurves.The test results have shown that this method can produce a high precision in measurement with a RSD less than1.5%.The high precise analysis result is within the tolerance when compared with the national standard substances.
