摘要
良好的师幼关系有利于促进幼儿社会性的发展。然而,当前幼儿园师幼关系不容乐观,师幼地位不平等,幼儿主体地位缺失,师幼间缺乏情感上的交流,幼儿园师幼关系呈现出本末倒置的现象。从关系本体论的视角出发,审视当前师幼关系存在的问题,探索新型幼儿教师的角色,尊重幼儿的主体地位,创设温馨有爱的心理环境,对于构建"我-你"型相互尊重的师幼关系具有重要的意义。
Good relationships between teacher and child help to promote children’s social development.Yet current relationship between them is not satisfactory such as inequality,children’s loss of subjectivity,lack of emotional interaction,and reversed relations between teacher and child.From the perspective of relation ontology,this paper examines the existing issues with teacher-child relationships and explores the new type of relations between them.Teachers should respect children’s subjectivity and create the mental environment with warmth and love to construct the relations,in which teachers and children are equal like you and me and respect each other.
