岳阳市血吸虫病65年流行特征及防治结果 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结分析岳阳市65年血吸虫病流行特征及趋势,为彻底阻断和消除血吸虫病提供依据。方法收集1951~2015年疫情报告和调查资料,按描述流行病学调查方法综合分析。结果岳阳市人群年均血吸虫感染率1951~1955年最高达20.51%,急性血吸虫病年均发病率1961~1965年最高为达7.44/万,年均钉螺总面积1956~1960年最高为391 751亩,通过采取控制与消除传染源、阻断传播途径保护易感人群等综合措施,2011~2015年与1956~1960年相比,本市年均钉螺总面积减少了33.12%;年均垸内钉螺面积减少了98.56%;2011~2015年与1951~1955年相比,岳阳市人群血吸虫年均感染率下降了97.51%,人群血吸虫年均急性发病率降到了零。结论经过多年防治,岳阳市血吸虫病防治工作已进入传播控制及消除阶段。 Objective Summary analysis of yueyang city the last 65 years schistosomiasis epidemic characteristic and trend, provide the basis for completely block and the elimination of schistosomiasis. Methods Collected epidemic reporting and investigation data from 1951 to 2015, comprehensive analysis according to describe the epidemiological investigation method. Results The average annual schistosomiasis infection rate of up to 20.51% in 1951-1955 in Yueyang city, the an annual incidence rate of acute schistosomiasis up to 0.0744% in 1961-1965, the average total area of snail up to 391 751 mu in 1956-1960. Take control and eliminate the source of infection, block transmission way to protect vulnerable groups such as comprehensive measures, in 2011-2015 compared with 1956-1960, the average total area of snail in Yueyang decreased by 33.12%; annual average area of snail within the embankmen reduced by 98.56%; the crowd schistosomiasis annual incidence of acute dropped to zero. Conclusion After years of prevention and control, schistosomiasis prevention and control work has entered the stage of transmission control and eliminate in Yueyang city.
