放射介入治疗产后及异常妊娠子宫出血的疗效观察及分析

Radioactive interventional treatment of postpartum uterine bleeding and abnormal pregnancy curative effect observation and analysis

目的探究在产后及异常妊娠子宫出血治疗中疗效放射介入的疗效。方法将收治的产后及异常妊娠子宫出血患者64例分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组患者给予常规保守治疗,观察组患者则给予放射介入治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应率之间的差异。结果观察组患者治疗有效率93.75%高于对照组患者的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率12.50%低于对照组患者34.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射介入治疗产后及异常妊娠子宫出血止血效果佳,不良反应少、安全性高,值得推广。

Objective Explore the postpartum uterus bleeding and abnormal pregnancy curative effect of radiation in curative effect. Methods Will be treated 64 cases of patients with postpartum uterus bleeding and abnormal pregnancy were divided into control group and observation group,32 cases each. The control group with conventional conservative treatment, observation group of patients are given radioactive interventional therapy.Compare the treatment of patients with two groups of efficient and the difference between the rate of adverse reactions. Results Observation group of patients treatment effective rate was 93.75% higher than the control group 68.75% of the patients, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Observation group of patients with adverse reaction rate was 12.50% lower than the control group was 34.38%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Radioactive interventional treatment of postpartum uterine bleeding and abnormal pregnancy good hemostatic effect,less adverse reaction, high safety, is worth promoting.
