下颌低位阻生智齿拔除过程中的“四个预防性”

目的探讨拔除下颌低位阻生智齿时采用"四个预防性"的手术方法、注意事项及临床效果。方法随机选择300例需行下颌低位阻生智齿拔除术的患者,根据患者的临床情况,下颌阻滞加局部麻醉下采用"预防性切开,预防性去骨,预防性增隙及预防性劈开"的"四个预防性"方法拔除。结果所有患者阻生智齿都完全拔除,均痊愈,术中及术后并发症少。结论下颌阻生智齿拔除术是较为复杂的牙槽外科手术,术中采用"四个预防性"的拔除方法,灵活运用,做好防治对策可有效减少下颌阻生智齿拔除术中术后并发症的发生,是成功实施下颌低位阻生智齿拔除术的关键。

Objective Investigate the surgery methods, precautions and clinical effects to use "four preventive measures" in the extraction of Low mandibular third molars. Methods Randomly selected 300 cases of patients to extract the low mandibular third molar, according to the clinical conditions of the patients. under local anesthesia and mandibular block, use the methods of "four preventive measures ", those are“preventive cut,preventive removal of bone, preventive increasing gap and preventive splitting”. Results All low mandibular third molars were fully impacted and were cured, fewer intraoperative and postoperative complications. Conclusion Mandibular third molar extraction surgery is more complex alveolar surgery, intraoperative use of the "four preventive measures" plucking method, flexibility, good countermeasures can effectively reduce the impacted low mandibular third molars extraction and postoperative complications occur,that is the most important of the Low mandibular third molars extraction surgery.
