鼻胃管留置患者不良反应综合干预效果分析

Analysis of the effect of comprehensive intervention on the adverse reaction of patients with indwelling nasogastric tube

目的探讨对鼻胃管留置患者不良反应综合干预的效果。方法选取鼻胃管留置胃肠癌患者96例,按照随机分配原则分为实验组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予针对性的综合干预措施,然后比较两组患者留置鼻胃管反应情况。结果实验组患者的恶心程度(39.6%)、疼痛程度(2.1%)、插管时间(1.8±1.1)min、插管一次成功率(97.9%)、自拔管发生率(0.0%)等方面相比对照组恶心程度(93.8%)、疼痛程度(72.9%)、插管时间(6.9±2.1)min、插管一次成功率(72.9%)、自拔管发生率(27.1%)具有明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻胃管留置患者采取针对性综合护理干预,可提降低患者的不良反应,增加患者舒适度,提高留置胃管效率,具有积极的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore adverse reactions in patients with nasal gastric tube indwelling the effect of comprehensive intervention. Methods Selection of nasogastric tube indwelling gastric cancer patients 96 cases, All of the patients in accordance with the principle of random distribution divided into the experimental group and the control group, Each group of 48, the control group given routine nursing care, on the basis of the experimental group in the control group given corresponding comprehensive intervention measures.then compare two groups of patients with nasogastric tube reaction conditions. Results The experimental group patients degree of nausea(39.6%), pain(2.1%), the intubation time(min)(1.8 ± 1.1),a success rate of intubation tube(97.9%), and their incidence(0.0%) than that in control group(93.8%), less disgusting degree of pain(72.9%), the intubation time(min)(6.9 ± 2.1), a success rate of intubation(72.9%) and their incidence(27.1%) of the tube has obvious advantages, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion In patients with nasal gastric tube indwelling adopting the comprehensive nursing intervention, can reduce the adverse reaction of patients with, increase patient comfort, improve the efficiency of indwelling gastric tube, has a positive value for clinical application.
