摘要
食品安全问题的出现,使人们十分重视食品的质量和安全,政府对此也非常重视,并提出了相关的保证措施,虽然可以在一定程度上缓解问题,但从根本解决仍较为困难。食品安全关系到我国的安全及稳定,提高食品质量及安全是相关部门需要解决的问题,本文分析了食品质量与安全现状及对策。
The emergence of food safety problems let people attach great importance to food quality andsafety,the government also attaches great importance and puts forward the relevant guarantee measures,although it can to some extent,but wants to be fundamentally solved is more difficult.Food safety is related toour country's security and stability,improve food quality and safety is related department to solve problem,inthis paper,the food quality and safety situation and countermeasures are analyzed.
