摘要
食品安全是关系国计民生的大事,面对日益严峻的食品安全形势,需要加强食品检测的管理,为此本文深入调研了我国食品检测实验室建设,针对其中的突出问题,提出了可供参考的解决方案。
Food safety is beneficial to the people′s livelihood event,the food security situation is increasinglygrim,the need to strengthen the management of food detection,this paper further investigates the construction ofLaboratory of Chinese food,it is aimed at the problems of them,puts forward solution for reference.
