本文介绍了小规模食品生产企业制作黑豆风味酱油豆的具体方法,此方法操作简便,不需要复杂的设备,制作出的酱油豆风味可口、甜咸适宜,且具有独特的发酵豆香味,适合作为一种人们喜爱的发酵豆制品进行市场推广,适合小型食品厂的生产和销售。
