社区药师对不合理输液的干预效果分析

The Analysis of the Intervention Effect About the Unreasonable Transfusion by Community Pharmacists

目的:通过我院药师对患者进行不合理输液危害的宣传,旨在选择合理的给药途径,减少输液人次。方法:采用问卷调查法,药师对患者进行用药宣教,宣教前后各进行一次问卷调查。结果:通过药师宣传,问卷合格率上升,输液人次宣教后较宣教前下降1.31%。结论:药师可发挥自身的专业优势,通过合理输液的用药教育,促进合理输液。

Objective:the risk of improper transfusion have been educated to the patients by those pharmacists in our hospital in order to help patients making proper decisions about choosing suitable medicine delivery method and consequently decrease the number of transfusion patient.Methods:Questionnaire survey was done to patients before and after basic pharmacy education.Results:Compared to the results before patient education,the rate of satisfied questionnaires has significantly increased and the number of transfusion patients has declined about1.31%.Conclusion:Pharmacists can stimulate proper transfusion in the hospital due to their own professional techniques and the delivery of efficient patient education.
