护理干预对霉菌性阴道炎患者的效果分析

Nursing Intervention on Patients with Fungal Vaginitis Effects Analysis

目的:探究护理干预在霉菌性阴道炎病患中的应用效果。方法:择取2014年5月—2016年5月期间于笔者所在医院治疗霉菌性阴道炎的80例患者,按照采取的不同护理方法进行分组:实行常规护理的40例患者归入对照组,实行综合护理干预的40例患者归入研究组。组间对比护理效果及相关指标。结果:就护理总有效率而言,研究组(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%);就复发率而言,研究组(2.50%)低于对照组(22.50%),统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论:为霉菌性阴道炎病患实行综合护理干预可以有效缓解其临床症状,预防复发。

Objective:To explore the effect of the application of nursing intervention in patients in fungal vaginitis.Method:80patients with fungal vaginitis from May2014to May2016treated in our hospital were chosen.The implementation of the40patients included in the usual care group,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention of40patients included in the study group.Comparison between groups in care benefits and related indicators was performed.Results:The total care efficiency in the study group(97.50%)was higher(82.50%);relapse rates in the study group(2.50%)were lower than the control group(22.50%),(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with fungal vaginitis can effectively alleviate its symptoms,prevention of recurrence
