摘要
绿色分析测试技术作为一种新型的分析技术,是国际分析科学中的一门前沿学科。在食品检验技术中使用绿色分析测试技术可从源头上减少化学分析对食品和环境的污染。在分析试剂的选择,分析样品的加工处理工作和整个的检测工作中,要求测试者能够采用无污染无公害的手段,完成检测分析,达到全程绿色的目标。
As a new analytical technique, green analysis and testing technique is a frontier subject in the international analytical science. Using green analysis and testing technique in food inspection is aimed at reducing the pollution of food and environment from the source. During the analytical reagent choice, sample analysis processing and detection work, testers should keep the whole process pollution-free and achieve the goal.
