摘要 食品是人类生存和发展的物质基础,而食品安全更是关乎公众健康和国计民生计。当前,国内食品安全问题频发,形势不容乐观。本文阐述了我国食品安全问题,并以发达国家食品安全保障做法为例,探讨可能的解决策略和启示,以期改善我国食品安全问题现状。 Food is the material basis for human survival and development, and food safety is related to public health and the people's live. At present, the domestic and international food safety problems frequently,the situation is not optimistic. This paper expounds the problems of food safety in China, and takes the food safety practices in developed countries as example, discusses the possible solutions to the problems and the enlightenment, in order to improve the current situation of China's food safety problems.
