摘要
本文采用湿法消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定玉米油中铅含量。玉米油样品以硝酸-高氯酸混合体系为消解液,浸泡5h,再结合石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,分别从灰化温度、原子化温度和基改机选择方面进行条件的优化,从而建立合适的上机方法。其平均相对相差小于1.0%,加标回收率为95.0%~102.0%,结果令人满意。
In this paper, wet digestion determination of lead content in corn oil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Corn oil samples was digested by nitric-perchloric acid, soaked 5 h, combined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were optimized conditions from ashing temperature,atomization temperature and GM machine selection, in order to establish appropriate the machine.
