摘要
全程实践理念将"实践"作为其核心概念,见习作为学前教育实践的重要环节,在见习过程中"从做中学"强调全程实践贯穿于整个大学的专业学习中,分析见习制度构建中影响学生见习行为的多种因素,有目的、有计划、有指导、有层次地进行开展,将教学活动与校外见习相结合,努力创建一项切实可行的在校学生见习制度,以不断适应社会发展对幼儿师资培养提出的新需求。
Practice as the key of The whole practice idea,probation is important link in preschool education major,"Learningby Doing"emphasizes whole practice run through four years university.The research Analysis on influencing factors of students'probation behavior.Developing should be objectived,premeditated,guided and graded.teaching activities and probation are combined.Construction a Feasible system of probation for university students at School,in order to meet the requirement of the new situation andschool affairs to training preschool teacher.
