摘要
在我国新疆阿尔泰山深处有较完整的图瓦人村落,主要是喀纳斯村、禾木村和白哈巴村,生活着约2 000名图瓦人。他们有着独特的生活习惯,而马奶酒是这个民族最为喜好的日常饮品,马奶酒的起源具有它的历史继承性和劳动人民的智慧结晶,酿造的方法代表着这个民族对于生活的热爱,马奶酒的营养价值表明这个民族在缺医少药的艰苦环境下身体的自我调治,从而也为挖掘这个民族的饮食健康有一定的帮助。
A more complete Tuwa village in the depths of Altai Mountains in Xinjiang, mainly Kanas village, Hemu village and baihaba village, lived about two thousand Tuvinians. They have a unique lifestyle and horse milk wine is their favorite daily drink for the nation, it is the origin of Koumiss the historical inheritance of crystallization of the wisdom and labor people, brewing methods represent the nation for the love of life,the nutritional value of Koumiss indicates that the national body in underserved difficult circumstances selfregulation,and thus also for digging will help the national health.
