摘要
紫外线照射对葡萄生长发育具有一定的影响,不同海拔地区紫外线照射强度不同,相应地区葡萄植株的生理生化进程、生长结构均会不同适应变化。针对不同海拔紫外线照射强度进行人工模拟试验,对酿酒品种赤霞珠和鲜食品种红地球进行了照射试验,并采用石蜡切片对叶片和果皮做了相应的解剖学观察。发现随着紫外线照射的加强,2个品种的果皮均会增厚产生硬质化,叶片中表皮细胞形态上有变化。
Ultraviolet rays may have certain influence on grape growth,and its intensity is different depend on various altitudes,therefore the grape physiological and biochemical processes,growth pattern will be different as well according to the altitude changes.Thisassay aims at exploring the possible microstructure changes caused by the UV irradiation,has carried out artificial simulation experimentson Cabernet Sauvignon and Grape Red Global depends on UV light gradients.Test materials were anatomically observed by using paraffinsections of leaves and fruit peels.The result showed that as the strengthening of ultraviolet intensity,grape peels of two varieties willproduce hard,and leaf epidermis palisade tissue cells may have morphology changes.
