Based on the summary and review of the UAV system architecture and the key technologies,UAV global and domestic patent applications have been retrieved and analysed.And the patent layout of key technologies,such as power system,flight control,navigation platform,image transmission system and application development have been researched.In this article,the technology trend prediction of UAV and the intellectual property advice on UAV industry development have been given also.
