七味解毒活血膏治疗中重度寻常痤疮300例

QiWei JieDu HuoXue Cream in Treating 300 Cases of Moderate and Severe Acne Vulgaris

目的:观察七味解毒活血膏治疗中重度寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将300例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,2组在非炎性皮损部位外涂克痤隐酮凝肢,观察组给予七味解毒活血膏治疗,对照组给予克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗,早晚各1次,外用,连续治疗6周,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:愈显率观察组为82.00%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中中度寻常痤疮患者愈显率观察组为79.17%,对照组为74.32%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度寻常痤疮患者愈显率观察组为84.61%,对照组为59.21%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率观察组为38.67%,对照组为58.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七味解毒活血膏治疗中重度寻常痤疮临床疗效显著,复发率低,不良反应小。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of QiWei JieDu HuoXue cream in treating300cases of moderate and severe acne vulgaris.Methods:300patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group150cases,the observation group was given QiWei JieDu HuoXue cream,the control group given clindamycin phosphate gel,once in the morning and night one day,external application,continuous medication for six weeks,clinical effects and adverse reaction were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was82.00%,the control group was66.67%,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of moderate acne vulgaris in the observation group was79.17%,the control group was74.32%,therewas no statistical difference(P>0.05);the effective rate of severe acne vulgaris in the observation group was84.61%,the control group was59.21%,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Recurrence rate in the observation group was38.67%,the control group was58.00%,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:QiWei JieDu HuoXue cream in treating moderate and severe acne vulgaris has significant clinical effects,low recurrence rate,less adverse reaction.
