刺络放血法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期48例

Blood-letting Therapy in Treating 48 Cases of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Acute Exacerbation Stage

目的:观察膻中及天突穴针刺放血治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法:将94例患者随机分为观察组48例、对照组46例。2组均给予常规西医治疗,观察组同时给予膻中、天突针刺放血治疗,2组均连续治疗14天。观察临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为91.7%,对照组为78.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)治疗前后2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规西医治疗基础上给予膻中、天突针刺放血能显著改善AECOPD患者肺功能,并能提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of blood-letting at TanZhong(RN17)and TianTu(RN22)in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:94patients were randomly divided into the observation group(48cases)and the control group(46cases).Both groups were givenroutine Western medicine treatment,the observation group was given blood-letting at RN17and RN22,both groups given continuous treatment for14days.The clinical effects and the changes of lung function were observed beforeand after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was91.7%,the control group was78.3%,there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Compared the first second of FEV1%and FEV1/FVCwithin two groups before and after treatment,there were statistical differences(P<0.05),there were statistical differences betweeen two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine Western medicine with blood-letting at RN17and RN22can improve the lung function of AECOPD significantly,and promote clinical effects.
