摘要 传统的继电器-接触器装置电气控制系统在水泥固化线辊道控制系统中存在着控制精度低、检修不便、故障率高、抗干扰能力差、不稳定、通用性和灵活性差、修改控制时需要重新设计布线等缺点。针对水泥固化线辊道控制系统的要求,选择了具有一系列优点的PLC控制系统对水泥固化线辊道进行控制。该文简要分析了用西门子S7-300型PLC实现水泥固化线辊道控制的方法,设计了水泥固化线辊道控制系统。该系统提高了辊道的控制精度、节约了输入输出点数、大大提高了系统的抗干扰能力,又充分发挥了工控机良好的数据分析和处理的能力。实践表明,该系统可以保证辊道的安全、可靠、准确运行。 Traditional relay - contactor electric control system in the cement solidified line roller control system there is a low control precision, inconvenient maintenance and high failure rate, poor anti-interference ability, unstable, versatility and flexibility poor,need to modify the control need to be redesigned when wiring faults. To the need of cement solidified line roller control system,chose has the advantages of a series of PLC control system to control concrete curing line roller table. This paper briefly analyzes the use of Siemens S7-300 PLC to realize cement solidification line roller control method, the concrete curing line roller control system were designed. The system improves the control precision of the roller, to save the input and output points, greatly improve the antiinterference ability of the system, and give full play to the industrial computer good ability of data analysis and processing. Practice shows that the system can ensure safe, reliable and accurate operation of the roller.
