伴随着里约奥运会的落幕,中国体操仅仅收获了男女团体两枚铜牌,被称为"史上最差"。通过阅读文献发现我国体操运动员的选材主要倾向于运动经验,很少进行生理、生化指标的测试,传统方式对教练员的要求很高,并且精确程度较低。传统的优势是细致、灵活,但事实是现在国际体操项目的发展跟崇尚力量,中国作为体操大国,要有创新意识,不能固守传统,选材是运动训练的开始,同时也是运动训练最重要的一部分,好的选材就基本上意味着竞赛的成功,所以在选材上要更注重科学化。
