摘要
1991年网际网络导入商业化使用[1],IBM公司于1996年提出电子商务一词后,随后网络开始了改变商业模式的发展,经过数年的摸索后,网络的商业模式逐渐成形:厂商销售产品、服务给顾客的模式称为B2C;交易平台撮合顾客间直接交易的模式称为C2C;交易平台提供厂商间相互交易的模式称为B2B[2]。
In1991,the international Internet was introduced into commercial use,IBM put forward the term"electronic commerce"inthe year of1996,and then the network began to change the development of business model.After several years of exploration,the Ebusinessmodel gradually formed:the model of manufacturers selling products and services to customers called B2C,the model of transactionplatform providing direct transaction among customers called C2C,the model of transaction platform providing the business amongmanufacturers called B2B.
