摘要
为了客观有效地对竞标者进行评价,进而选择出合适的供应商,在综合层次分析法(AHP)和逼近理想解的排序法(TOPSIS)基本理论的基础上,建立了AHP-TOPSIS综合评判指标体系模型,对供应商A(S1)、供应商B(S2)、供应商C(S3)进行综合评判优选。研究结果表明:三个供应商的综合优越度分别为80%、77%和18%,供应商A(S1)最优。AHP-TOPSIS综合评判指标体系模型对于选出最优的供应商具有可行性和有效性。
In order to evaluate the bidders objectively and effectively and choose the right supplier,based on the basic theory of AHPand TOPSIS,we established comprehensive evaluation index system of AHP-TOPSIS to choose the preferable supplier from the supplier A(S1),supplier B(S2)and the supplier C(S3).The results show that:Comprehensive Superiority of three suppliers were80%,77%and18%,supplier A(S1)is optimum.AHP-TOPSIS Comprehensive Evaluation Index System model for choosing the optimal supplier is feasible andeffective.
