摘要 近年来,随着中国经济的飞速发展,企业数量急剧增加,企业间的竞争也愈发激烈,这就对企业自身的治理水平提出了新的要求。组织承诺作为影响企业发展的因素之一,对企业的发展起着重要作用。文章通过回顾组织承诺的定义、测量与相关影响因素,为未来的有关研究提供了参考。 In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid increase in the number of enterprises,thecompetition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.This puts forward new requirements for the management level of theenterprise itself.As one of the factors that affect the development of enterprises,organizational commitment plays an important role in thedevelopment of enterprises.By reviewing the definition,measurement and related factors of organizational commitment,this paper provides areference for the related research of future.
