摘要
目的:规范医疗耗材的领用环节,控制成本,严格管理,是整个耗材供应流程管理中重要的一环,也是为医疗耗材阳光采购和两票制所做的必要准备。方法:以一个临床科室为抓手,分析两年的数据,解剖麻雀一般的深入到每个细节,找出问题的原因,采取相应的对策,并考察执行结果,持续改进。结论:以一个具体的样本为依据,制定管理制度,观察执行效果,由点及面,使医疗耗材管理体系的建立"接地气",不失为一种行之有效的方法。
Objective:To standardize the use of medical supplies,control costs and strict management is an important part of the whole supplies supply process management,and is also the necessary preparation for sunshine procurement and two-vote system of medical supplies.Methods:Taking a clinical department as the starting point,to analyze the data of two years in detail like anatomy of a sparrow to find out the causes of the problem,take appropriate countermeasures,and study the results of the implementation for continuous improvement.Conclusion:It is an effective method to establish a management system based on a specific sample,and observe the effect of implementation,which makes the establishment of medical supplies management system down-to-earth.
