地下综合管廊PPP项目的调价机制研究

Research on Price Adjustment Mechanism of PPP Project for Utility Tunnel

本研究在PPP项目调价机制研究现状分析的基础上,提出了包含价格调整原则、触发条件、调整周期、调整方式、调整流程共五部分的地下综合管廊PPP项目调价机制,并结合综合管廊PPP项目的特性就该五部分内容进行了详细阐述。最后本文以西部某地区地下综合管廊调价机制为例进行了应用举例,说明了综合管廊PPP项目调价机制的内容和应当考虑的因素。

Based on analysis of research status of PPP project price adjustment mechanism,the thesis brings forward utility tunnel PPP project price adjustment mechanism which contains five parts including price adjustment principle,triggering condition,and adjustment period,mode&process.Combined with the characteristics of utility tunnel PPP projects,the content of these five parts is explained in great detail.In the end,the application example is given in this paper.It thus indicates that the considerations should be given to the factors and content of utility tunnel PPP project price adjustment mechanism.
