摘要 针对多年来大倾角综采拆除工作面现场存在支架在拐弯时耕地现象严重,并且支架容易向巷道下帮倾斜,造成拉移支架困难,容易损坏巷帮的支护,为了有效解决支架在切眼上口拐弯时耕地、向下帮倾斜、损坏巷道的支护等问题,经过在几个工作面的工作经验和试验,研制了综采拆除面回撤通道无轨活动式液压支架滑行板。通过现场使用,能有效解决支架在切眼上口拐弯过程中的耕地、向下帮倾斜、损坏巷道的支护等问题,也能有效地加快拆除工作进度,总体效果较好。 In the large-angle fully mechanized coal mining face,the stent has a serious land cultivating phenomenon when turning at the cut,and the stent is easy to tilt under the roadway,leading to difficulty in pulling stent and it is easy to damage the support of the road.In order to effectively solve these problems,based on working experience and experiments in several working faces,a fully mechanized mining surface retrace channel trackless hydraulic support slide plate is developed.After application,it can effectively solve the problems above,and can effectively speed up the demolition work progress,so the overall effect is good.
