摘要
新世界商业中心主塔楼高度139.95m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,地上31层,地下4层。基础采用钢筋混凝土筏板基础,采用PKPM-JCCAD计算软件,进行基础受力及沉降计算,满足上部结构承载的需要。由于地下室埋深较大,地下水位较高,进行结构整体抗浮及局部抗浮计算,通过设置抗浮桩使结构抗浮满足规范要求,确保结构安全。
In the New World Trade Center,the main tower height is139.95m,and it uses the reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure,31floors above ground,4floors under the ground.The foundation uses the reinforced concrete raft foundation,and by using the PKPM-JCCAD computation software to carry on the foundation stress and the settlement computation,it satisfies the need of the upper structure bearing.Because the depth of the basement is large and the underground water level is high,the anti-floating and local antifloating calculation of the whole structure should be taken,and the anti-floating pile is set up to make the structure's anti-floating meet the requirements,so as to ensure the safety of the structure.
