民办医学院校临床专业考研现状分析——以齐鲁医药学院为例

The Attitudes and Intentions for Postgraduate Studies of the Undergraduates of a Private Medical College Majoring in Clinical Medicine:Taking Qilu Medical University as an Example

目的:调查某民办医学院校临床专业学生对考研的认识、考研现状及考研动机等,针对存在的问题提出相应的解决方案。方法:采用无记名方式对该校631名学生进行问卷调查及访谈,采用Eableq问卷调查系统收集信息并导入SPSS22.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:对收回的622份有效问卷进行分析,结果显示,有83.9%的学生打算考研;51.2%的学生认为临床专业的发展前景比较好。结论:在就业与考研面前考研仍为大学生的首选。

Objective:To detect the problems and provide solutions to them by surveying the attitudes and motivations of the undergraduates of a private medical college majoring in clinical medicine as well as the general situation of teaching and studying for postgraduate studies in this college.Methods:A questionnaire survey and an interview are conducted with631students in the college by an anonymous method,and the data are collected by Eableq and analyzed by SPSS22.0.Result:A statistical analysis of622valid questionnaires shows that83.9%of the students surveyed intend to take part in the postgraduate entrance examination;51.2%of them believe in a good career prospect of clinical medicine as a profession.Conclusion:to compare the employment and postgraduate entrance,postgraduate entrance is still the first choice for college students.
