校企合作之现代学徒制人才培养模式实践——以中医养生保健专业为例

Practice of Talent Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation:Taking the Traditional Chinese Medicine for Health Care Major as an Example

为探索创新现代学徒制办学模式,职业教育继承传统并发展具有中国特色的现代学徒制班有着积极的实践意义。论文阐述了根据企业岗位需求科学设计人才培养方案,校企深度合作共同育人,学校开展了中医养生保健专业现代学徒制班试点班实践研究工作。

In order to explore and innovate the modern apprenticeship model,it is of great practical significance to inherit tradition and develop the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics for vocational education.This paper describes the design of personnel training program according to the needs of enterprises and the school-enterprise cooperation.The school has carried out the practice and research of the modern apprenticeship pilot class of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Health Care Major.
