大多数房地产公司在进行房地产成本管理、控制过程中都存在成本管理脱节和房地产管理效果不好的现象。成本管理应当是全过程的管理,成本管理不应当仅仅局限于对物的管理,还需要强化对员工的管理。企业根据成本管理目标实施成本管理,对事前进行预测管理、设计规划,对项目进行事中控制,细化每一个项目的成本管理目标。
